Looking for Physician Assistant. Join our practice, we are a very progressive and busy Santa Rosa center. Our work environment is pleasant and enjoyable. Dr. Tom has been the pioneer of emerging technology in the North Bay for over two decades. He helped establish a kidney transplant program and laparoscopic minimally invasive abdominal surgery as a mainstay in Sonoma County. He created the Aesthetic Laser & Vein Center in 1999. We promote self-confidence by enhancing one’s self image through education, and advanced medical technology in a caring, supportive, secure and relaxing environment.
Candidate:
- Cosmetic Facility needs a FT dedicated, skilled, professional physician’s assistant to educate our clients on surgeries, treatments, procedures, and by being accomplished on clearly and effectively educating patients. Creates and implements Patient Treatment Plans, evaluates patient’s needs.
- Excellent skills on patient needs assessment, building rapport, treatment presentation, and overcoming objectives. You are an excellent and empathetic listener and you take pride in taking relationships seriously; and understand that patient service is the number one priority regardless of age, gender, biases or political differences, you relate well to all.
- Embraces technology and picks up technology basics quickly.
- Detailed oriented, love checklists, is organized.
- You are a leader! You are comfortable working in fast paced and high intensity environment and you aren’t afraid to voice your opinion in fair and polite manner and collaborate with your team as a “co-pilot” and not as a “passenger”.
- High energy personality – excels in attention to detail in personal performance, interpersonal relationships, appearance, body language and you engage your team.
- Understands that patient confidentiality is of the utmost importance and in compliance with HIPPA guidelines, and understands that you are a representative of Dr. Walter Tom and always reflects this standard of excellence.
- Performs skilled physician assistant procedures within the scope of accepted standards to ensure clients receive quality treatment and care.
Minimum Requirements:
Physician’s Assistant licensed in California. Please apply only if you are a PA passionate about the cosmetic industry. Preferred experience in Cosmetic Surgery Practice, Plastic Surgeon Practice or Cosmetic Dermatology. Will consider training a candidate if appropriate. Excellent skills, sophisticated warm professional, ability to work independently, energetic, excellent work ethics, and flexible in their schedule.
