Mile Bluff Medical Center has an excellent opportunity for an experienced advanced practice provider! We are a rural, not‐for‐profit healthcare system centered in Mauston, Wisconsin. We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to fill an open physician extender position with Family Practice/OB at the Necedah Family Medical Center.

Essential Requirements:

• APNP, PA-C or DNP
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Wisconsin license and State of Wisconsin DEA license required
• General knowledge of medical practice and OB care
• ALSO, ACLS and PALS training
